This project was driven by our "high energy" 2-day Shopper Hothouse™ workshop methodology, that was used to generate and refine new ideas to drive growth in the Health and Wellness category. We brought together sales and marketing teams, with their key retail partners, to jointly generate new ideas and agree growth action plans.
Initially we worked with the category teams to define clear objectives and innovation pillars. Relevant shopper insights were gathered and evaluated using our Zip-Zap Ideas® platform prior to the main Hothouse™ workshop.
On day 1 of the workshop, the teams generated new ideas linked to leading insights and other stimulus. All ideas were captured and refined using Zip-Zap Ideas® prior to overnight-evaluation with a panel of 200 pre-screened target shoppers.
On the second day teams used Zip-Zap Ideas® to immediately review results and comments from the over-night shopper panel. Leading ideas were then selected and refined, together with draft action plans for all of the leading ideas, including plans for idea development and in-store testing.
