Co-Creating Ideas With Consumers

Co-creating with Creative Agents and Creative-Thinking Consumers provides a fast way of developing or refining early ideas and concepts.  We suggest that you run these sessions to get early feedback to ideas, or to help “kick-start” ideation projects with some fresh thinking.  From 2020, we have enhanced this approach by using an online collaboration tool called Zip-Zap Ideas®.

Most workshop sessions are run over a period of 5-6 hours and involve between 12 and 16 delegates who are selected against different creative thinking criteria. Using Zip-Zap Ideas®, delegates are encouraged to evaluate and give comments to early ideas, and to add and refine ideas that they feel are missing. A range of different creative facilitation techniques are also used to encourage broader thinking

The sessions can also be run virtually via our network of Creative Agents. They receive instructions via email and are typically given 1-5 days to review ideas shared by others, and to post their own ideas linked to agreed innovation objectives and key consumer insights. Members of the brand team can also join the sessions to view early ideas or to review feedback.
